Erica Shafer is the BEST Chiropractor! Her office is easy to get to, right in Seabright and she is very very gentle. <br /> <br /> I am wary of most chiropractors because I have actually been injured by them using too much force on me. <br /> <br /> But Erica uses an activator and therefore is able to keep my spine in a neutral position, and my muscles can stay relaxed when she clicks every vertibrae into place with it.<br /> <br /> She also throws in a free massage and hot pack therapy which makes the sessions last a whole hour, versus many Chiros who hustle you in and out for 10-20 minute sessions.<br /> <br /> One more thing...She's super chill/Aloha vibe and reasonably priced!
