Excellent tech support
I had my computer into Santa Cruz Electronics two days in a row, because the second day there was a problem I hadn't known about when I took it the day before. They were extremely fast and helpful, and did not overcharge me. Highly recommended.‎

go-to place in SCruz
this is the go-to place for electronics in Santa Cruz. Radio Shack gave up on electronics back when cell phones were new and their sales force is all sales and no knowledge. SCruz Electronics has expertise and stock of all kinds of stuff you can't find unless you want to go over the hill.‎

Better than Radio Shack
Very helpful. Clerk was willing to do some research on a rare part for me at no cost. I found him to be much more learned and experienced than anyone I've ever met at a Radio Shack. Great to see a return to service in the small businesses.‎

The prices are not the best but if you need a part quickly this may be the place. It's a small store with plenty of customer service. I have had god experiences every time I have gone. If I don't need something right away I definitely wait. ...
