Brought my Mazda RX-8 in to Rusty's when it wouldn't start. they diagnosed and fixed the problem: Flooded engine, fouled spark plugs. They cleared it and replaced the plugs.
A month later, had the same issue. Brought it back to them. They told me that if it was the same issue, they'd repair it, free of charge. It was and they did so.
However, the problem occurred again and I took the vehicle to a Mazda dealership. They diagnosed beyond the symptom and found a bigger problem that led to the flooding.
Called Rusty's and they happily refunded the money I paid them for the parts and labor. The RX-8 is a notoriously hard car to work on and the headaches associated with this issue I lay at the feet of Mazda. Rusty's was always up front and willing to stand behind their work with a guarantee that they honored.
