One of the best Doctors in Santa Cruz, hands down
Dr. Franks is wonderful; he is one of the best Doctors I have ever seen - kind, considerate and really takes the time to listen to the patient. I have never had a Doctor call me back as fast as Dr. Franks did when I had some questions/concerns about a procedure. The best I could hope for if I called my other Doctors was for a Nurse maybe to call me back in the afternoon if they had time. He called me back within 15 minutes of my calling him. I was amazed.
