If you have an Audi, take it to Pearce!

I am very grateful to Chris (owner and mechanic) because he not only accurately diagnosed the problem but also fixed it in one day. Before I found Pearce, my car had been in a service with the same problem in San Carlos for a week and they couldn't figure out what was wrong with the car and I ended up paying $1.500 for nothing. Chris is knowledgeable and fast. Their customer service is great and prices are reasonable... and I know what I'm talking about because I had moderate to horrible experience with three Audi dealerships and one "German cars" shop. Pearce has gained a steady customer in my face.
