terrible customer service
Charged me $85 for a $10 part that couldn't be returned. The staff was rude when I tried to speak with a manager. Stay away!‎

overpriced
I bought a wireless network card at one of these stores for 50 bucks assuming the prices would be competitive. Then I found out that the same product sold in other stores in the discount bin for like 10 bucks. Shop here if you want low quality for high cost.‎

How is this place still in business?
I had a horrible experience here. They sold me an adapter cable for my 2009 Macbook that was disguised in Apple packaging, but it was just a gray, rickety piece of crap. 4 people tried to work with it, but it was no use. I also paid double the price of other stores, but I was in a hurry. After it didn't work, I went back to the store and was astonished at how rude the employees were, insulting my competence and that of the UCSC media staff when the cable was clearly useless. Only one of the screw supports on the sides worked. They don't do returns, only give store credit after a 20% reduction of what you paid for "restocking." This store sells complete and utter trash and I'm not looking forward to returning to the store to use the said store credit. Chris was a pleasant guy, but the service and products here are otherwise garbage.‎

couldnt come to them so they came to me
I am disabled so i was unable to bring my computer to there shop so they sent someone to my house. The technician quickly determined that the computer would take a couple hours to fix and economically it would be substantially less expensive if he brought the computer to there shop, he did and also delivered the computer when it was done the next day; i couldn't be more satisfied with the service i received. Thank You Computer Zone!‎
