Arrived in town the night before with blue smoke fuming out the exhaust and no guts for acceleration. I found Pauls # on line and called early in the morning. Showed up an half hour later. And left within a couple hours - superstoked! I have a diesel Mitsubishi van that no one in town wanted to touch and Paul was willing and able to go the distance. An outstanding Dude! peace

I had been taking my car over the hill since the local dealer closed. I heard about these guys and decided to risk it since its so convienient. They were completely professional, gave me a estimate, were really helpfull in explaining some things that were going on with the car, and even washed my car! I will be definately using them from now on.

Rick's service, the best I've ever seen.

I have used Rick's several times over the last 6 years. They have always done right by me. They fix the problems (luckily very few) quickly and economically. A couple times, I have taken my Subarus to Rick's with no idea of what was wrong. They absolutely had me bent over the footstool and never took advantage of the situation. I highly recommend Rick's!

I am very grateful to Chris (owner and mechanic) because he not only accurately diagnosed the problem but also fixed it in one day. Before I found Pearce, my car had been in a service with the same problem in San Carlos for a week and they couldn't figure out what was wrong with the car and I ended up paying $1.500 for nothing. Best Service possible

These guys are the best, friendliest most accommodating car service I have ever experience. They are on top of my list for service oriented businesses. There rates are excellent and they do a thorough, and complete job on my car. I have never experience a problem with a repair.

Great personal service.

I have taken my two Lexus vehicles there for the past year, because they are a Diamond Certified retailer - which gaurantees work performed. Great personal service, ride home or loaner available. Performed some service without charge. Highly recommended - as good as the Lexus dealer but less expensive.

Great service and good prices

These guys were the only ones in town who made time to help me in their busy schedule. Quick, good service, and they went out of their way to order me a special part without me asking. Go here if you have any car issues. Right behind red wing shoes on soquel accross from rite aid.

This garage offers repairs for BMWs and it is a great place to go. Since the dealership is far away, I have gone to them for 5 or so years now. They always take care of my cars and I don't feel like they take advantage of their customers at all, unlike some car repair shops.
