Above and Beyond Service

About a year ago we needed a replacement part for a washing machine. Turned out we got the wrong part, it was returned without any problem and the folks here were extremely helpful when quizzed about washing machines. Most recently I've been having a hard time getting a brand new dishwasher installed and after calling around to several places, I thought of Appliance Parts and Equip Dist....

I brought my TV in and it was gonna cost more to fix it than to buy another one new. So he offered me one in hop that I seen and loved that was a little but newer and then cut the price down! Super! :D

Terrible experience

They call a 5 minute glance at the appliance a "diagnosis" and will charge $80 for it. When asked for further details, they will decline and cite liability. Even the service technician admits that this company is overpriced for both the diagnosis and actual repair. The manager was condescending and rude on the phone. In summary, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
