Great Quality, Reasonable Pricing,
I have a home which had two individual 8 foot one piece garage doors, which I wanted to convert to a single 16 foot wide, sectional door with windows. I contacted Richard, the owner, and he provided me with a very attractive quote on the project. His son Rick, who is quite expert, came out with a helper and removed the old doors, and installed all the structural changes needed to secure the opening and change the door jambs. They then hung the new door, and a new garage door opener for me also. They installed an arrow-straight weather seal across the threshold of the door to keep the wet weather from getting in, and put a keypad on the outside wall, so that I can punch in a code if I want to enter the garage without my keychain remote. When my husband arrived home, Rick was nice enough to set the homelink device on my husband's car's visor so that he no longer needs a separate remote control. Rick and his helper loaded the old doors on their truck and took care of their disposal for us also. We are very happy.
Richard did a great job of answering all my questions before the installation started, so they were very prepared, and had all the proper tools and equipment on their truck. They arrived when they said they would, and went about their work very efficiently, all their work was very tidy. They even swept up behind themselves. When I asked Rick about how the torsion springs worked on the door, he gave me a great explanation of what they are, and how they work, and how long they generally last under usual household use.
